As the festive season draws to a close, Komli Media facilitates great deals for online shoppers!

Komli Media, APAC’s leading media technology company, will kick-off the Komli India Shopping Spree (KISS) – its online discounts and coupons festival - again, ahead of retail-friendly Valentine’s Day. The festival will be rolled out with Komli’s affiliate partners in association with leading e-commerce giants from the 7th to the 14th of Feb 2015.

Industry estimates peg the 2014 Valentine’s Day spending in India at INR 15 billion and these are projected to grow at 25% in 2015. More than 50% of the total sales are expected to come from smartphones making this one of the most lucrative days as the festive season comes to an end. Online retailers are leaving no stone unturned to drive e-sales. Preparing for a spike in sales, Mr. Vikram Chopra, Co-Founder at FabFurnish.com, an online furniture store said, “We are happy to partner with Komli, in line with our vision to deliver our end-goal, creating customer delight."
The KISS, a 7-day festival, that was launched in November last year as a part of Komli’s affiliate and publisher marketing strategy from the 17th to the 23th of November 2014 met with great success. Komli saw a 150% incremental increase in revenue that week, while driving value for participating e-commerce clients and couponing sites alike.

Speaking about the impact of The KISS, Aashna Chopra, Marketing manager at Stalkbuylove.comsaid, “We saw a 3x increase in the number of visits and conversions during the shopping festival. There was a post-festival buzz as well and we definitely saw an increase in orders beyond the days of the festival.”

Congratulating Komli on creating a property that has created value for partners, Vikram Chande (AVP, Logicserve Digital Pvt. Ltd.) added, “The KISS festival was very well executed with some really attractive offers. According to an October 2014 report by Gartner, India’s 2015 e-commerce revenues are expected to cross $6 billion – a 60% increase from last year. This growth is likely to fuel future collaborations between retailers, publishers and couponing sites. Ravi Trivedi, Founder, Couponrani.com said, “Komli India Shopping Spree turned out to be a blockbuster sale event for us, and we saw a 35% increase in sales during the event days.  It also helped us reach several new customers, who were earlier not aware of couponing.”
