Junior Account Manager (Publisher)

Position: Junior Account Manager (Publisher)

Location: Mumbai

Job Description:

You will work as a key member of the Publisher Account Management team, providing support in the day-to-day management of our publisher partners (websites). Some of your key tasks would include:  

• Manage and deliver Publisher revenue expectations, by monetizing their inventory effectively
• Proactively identify ways of improving Publisher inventory monetization
• Manage publisher relationships by addressing their queries/concerns and supporting them
• Gather intelligence on websites, which can add value to the Komli Publisher network and share it with the Publisher Development team
• Coordinate with Advertiser side Account Management team to help with Ad campaign deliveries
• Follow defined processes very closely and document results
• Maintain active communication with internal as well as external Clients
• Recommend ways of improving existing processes and help define new ones

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree
• Good knowledge of the internet, should be an active User as well
• Active participation in extra-curricular activities in school and college
• Very good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Enthusiastic, Quick Learner and a Good sense of Humor
