Position: Manager, Client ServicesLocation: Mumbai / Delhi
Job Description:
Komli is looking for a strong and experienced client services team leader who can manage high performing client servicing teams for our Ad Network. This role requires direct management and oversight of client service executives in their interactions with clients. This is an operational role for an energetic and motivated self-starter who like data analysis, likes working with others, is focused on team-building, and creating a great customer experience.
You will be working with USA based publishers so you will be required to work in USA working hours.
Required Skills are:
- Experience dealing with senior executives at client agencies or advertisers
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Strong data interpretation skills
- Must know MS Excel and Powerpoint inside-out
- Relationship-building and customer-service focus
- Some knowledge of ad serving platforms is strongly recommended but not required
- A curious, energetic pro-active personality
- A problem solving personality: must be able to understand client needs and design a solution to address those
- At least a Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years of account management experience in a digital media agency or ad network
- Salary commensurate with experience
